Boutique Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Associates and provide exceptional client experiences through high-quality service.
• Manage daily boutique operations, including morning jewelry setup and evening jewelry pulling.
• Handle replenishment of selling floor supplies such as shopping bags and wrapping paper.
• Assist with reception duties and greet clients upon arrival.
• Maintain backstock and ensure merchandise is kept in proper condition in partnership with Management.
• Participate in the opening and closing procedures of the boutique.
• Uphold the Maison's image by following the Service Charter and professional protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP software.
• Fluency in multiple languages to assist a diverse international clientele.
