Boutique Assistant

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Cartier, embodying the Maison's image and values through professional grooming and conduct.
• Welcome clients, identify their needs, and manage hospitality services including beverage service.
• Support sales staff with high-end packaging, gift wrapping, and preparing warranty certificates.
• Perform quality control by double-checking serial numbers on creations before billing.
• Execute personalization and maintenance tasks such as engravings, leather embossing, and jewelry cleaning following dedicated training.
• Maintain boutique standards by ensuring the cleanliness of the sales floor and back office.
• Manage boutique supplies, including consumables like shopping bags and office materials.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French.
• Proven knowledge of the luxury and retail sectors.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer orientation and active listening abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and versatile with a strong team spirit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
