About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment to enhance the client journey in alignment with Cartier values.
  • Support front-of-house and back-of-house activities, including appointment preparation, product presentation, and gift wrapping.
  • Assist sales associates with client discovery, pre-appointment browsing, and managing the boutique appointment booking tool.
  • Maintain visual standards of wrap rooms and organize Client Services areas.
  • Replenish daily needs for sales and hospitality areas and support optimal storage organization.
  • Provide high-level personal services such as restaurant reservations, floral orders, and managing client requests.
  • Assist with phone duties, including incoming calls, message retrieval, and appointment setting.
  • Support quick service requests such as strap changes, watch sizing, and engraving.
  • Participate in daily boutique setup and breakdown for opening and closing.
  • Comply with all security and operational procedures to ensure excellence.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, service, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 45 lbs.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and precision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Additional language skills.
