Boutique Assistant (Internship)

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for Cartier, embodying the Maison's image and values through professional grooming and conduct
• Welcome clients, identify their needs, and manage hospitality services including beverage service
• Support sales staff with high-end packaging, gift wrapping, and preparing warranty certificates
• Perform quality control by double-checking serial numbers on creations before billing
• Execute personalization and maintenance tasks such as engravings, embossing, and jewelry cleaning following dedicated training
• Maintain boutique standards by ensuring the cleanliness of the sales floor and back office
• Prepare and organize sales tables with all necessary tools like ring sizers, loupes, and gloves
• Coordinate orders for consumables such as shopping bags, cases, and office supplies

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and French
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong customer orientation and active listening abilities
• Knowledge of the luxury and retail sectors
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Team spirit and a proactive approach to tasks
• Excellent presentation and professional grooming
