Boutique Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

• Act as a House Ambassador by embodying the image and values of Cartier and maintaining professional grooming standards.
• Welcome clients, identify their needs, and manage the service of refreshments within the boutique.
• Support sales staff with high-end packaging, gift wrapping, and preparing warranty certificates.
• Perform quality control by double-checking serial numbers on creations before billing.
• Execute personalization and maintenance tasks such as engravings, embossing, cleaning, and basic watch resizing following dedicated training.
• Maintain boutique excellence by ensuring the cleanliness of the sales floor and back office.
• Prepare sales tables with necessary tools and coordinate orders for consumables and office supplies.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer orientation.
• Proven team spirit and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and versatility to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of the luxury and retail sectors.
• High level of reactivity, initiative, and attention to detail.
