Boutique Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients upon their arrival in the boutique
• Manage client waiting times by providing information and storytelling about the Maison
• Support Sales Associates during the sales process, including gift wrapping and discreet task assistance
• Assist with client services, such as executing quick services like cordon changes
• Maintain an impeccable boutique environment and assist with daily opening and closing procedures
• Support daily replenishment of selling floor supplies, including shopping bags, catalogues, and client beverages

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an educational institution
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English
• Strong customer focus and team spirit
• A genuine passion for the luxury industry and the Cartier Maison
