About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, maintaining a professional demeanor and upholding the Cartier image
  • Manage client waiting times and ensure smooth boutique flow
  • Provide storytelling about the Maison and the boutique to enhance the client experience
  • Assist Sales Associates by coordinating with stock administration, cashiers, and other team members
  • Manage the packaging area and perform high-quality gift wrapping
  • Support daily boutique operations, including stock inventories, price labeling, and visual merchandising implementation
  • Assist with boutique setup and breakdown during opening and closing procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take initiative and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the luxury industry
  • Proficiency in additional languages
