About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, maintaining a professional demeanor and upholding the Cartier image
- Manage client waiting times and ensure smooth boutique flow
- Provide storytelling about the Maison and the boutique to enhance the client experience
- Assist Sales Associates by coordinating with stock administration, cashiers, and other team members
- Manage the packaging area and perform high-quality gift wrapping
- Support daily boutique operations, including stock inventories, price labeling, and visual merchandising implementation
- Assist with boutique setup and breakdown during opening and closing procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the luxury industry
- Proficiency in additional languages
