About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical duties including document processing, record keeping, and report compilation.
- Receive, classify, reconcile, and summarize information to ensure data integrity.
- Plan and coordinate transversal HR projects, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and time constraints.
- Manage the production of detailed project plans and identify necessary resources to achieve objectives.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to foster effective working relationships.
- Identify and analyze project requirements and manage them throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation solutions.
- Prepare and present project review reports and presentations for stakeholder decision-making.
- Lead and mentor small to medium-sized project teams through coaching and clear communication.
- Implement innovative processes to improve existing operations and ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage project resources and proactively control costs and forecasts.
Requirements
- Upper Secondary School education.
- Basic experience with simple office and operational systems.
- Knowledge of operational systems and document management.
