About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute administrative and logistic tasks, ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures
- Manage shipping, receiving, and transfers for all incoming and outgoing repairs with 100% tagging accuracy
- Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization
- Prepare timely paperwork for accounting and support weekly/monthly audits
- Organize boutique maintenance and supply ordering to facilitate the sales process
- Ensure all documentation aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies
- Communicate clearly with Boutique Management and vendors to support business relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time

- Knowledge of SAP
