• Act as a guarantor of production quality for the bakery department
• Manage the renewal of product offerings based on current consumption trends
• Propose, create, and showcase new product displays to enhance the customer experience
• Provide high-quality customer service and build trust with local clients

Requirements

• Holder of a CAP Boulangerie
• Proven experience in retail or artisanal bakery environments
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to invest in a passionate team
