Bottling Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive and guarantee the daily performance of bottling lines regarding safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Deliver planned volumes in compliance with Group standards
• Lead performance routines and analyze variances to deploy effective action plans
• Ensure the reliability of bottling indicators and reporting
• Oversee cleaning, inspection, and maintenance routines for bottling equipment
• Manage, develop, and coordinate bottling teams through team leaders
• Conduct individual performance reviews and team development plans
• Guarantee strict compliance with Safety, Quality, Hygiene, and Environmental standards
• Lead HSE audits on production lines and participate in PDCA routines
• Contribute to the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, HACCP)

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Proven experience in managing operational teams and industrial performance
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bottling equipment and Lean Manufacturing methods
• Solid understanding of Quality, Safety, Environment, and HACCP systems
• Professional English proficiency
• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools
