Bottling & Labelling Assistant

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain bottling and labelling equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure correct filling levels, sealing, labelling, and packaging
• Assist in the setup and changeover of bottling lines
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and equipment
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of production runs and inventory
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
• Report equipment faults, irregularities, or safety concerns promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in a bottling or packaging facility
• Completion of the Senior Cellar Assistant Training Programme (SKOP) is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team or independently
