Bosch Assistant

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Bosch encapsulation machines for production runs
• Perform machine adjustments and in-process physical measurements to ensure capsules meet specifications
• Document all setup, cleaning, and production data accurately in PCLE and other required systems
• Maintain machine cleanliness and organize the production room during and after runs
• Assemble, disassemble, and clean machinery and tooling according to SOPs
• Adhere to all cGMP, safety, and housekeeping practices to meet daily production requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to wear a half-mask or full-air respirator for up to four hours at a time
• Proficiency in basic math and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 300 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods during 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work in a moderate to high noise environment and an enclosed room
