Bosch Assistant

Responsibilities

• Set up the Bosch machine for runs, including startup and data entry in PCLE
• Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues during batch runs
• Visually inspect machines and take in-process physical measurements of capsules
• Maintain machine cleanliness and organized workspace
• Complete and document all paperwork, setup, and cleaning in PCLE
• Assemble, clean, and disassemble machines after encapsulation runs
• Inspect machines for wear and communicate malfunctions to supervisors
• Adhere to cGMP, SOP, safety, and housekeeping practices
• Meet or exceed daily production requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in an enclosed room and use a respirator
• Ability to operate and clean production equipment
• Proficiency in basic math and English communication
• Familiarity with computerized systems and basic software
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs
