About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow up on and release import units to and from the UK
- Report ship arrivals and departures to the Danish Customs Agency
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, colleagues, and English partners
- Update cargo and customs information in internal systems
- Collaborate with shipping supervisors and terminal operators to ensure efficient ship operations
Requirements
- Strong coordination, administration, and customer contact skills
- Proficient IT skills with ability to navigate multiple systems
- Structured work style with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Danish and English (written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license (Category B) for terminal movement
