Boot Fitter

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional boot fitting services including custom foot bed fabrication, boot shell modifications, liner modifications, and stance alignment
• Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending appropriate products
• Demonstrate product uses, operation, and provide details about merchandise specifications, maintenance, and warranties
• Utilize the company’s POS system to process payments, discounts, exchanges, and returns
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and assist in the back-stock room
• Identify and monitor security issues to prevent loss and theft

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous boot fitting and retail sales experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Boot fitting certification
• Bi-lingual language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or others)
