About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger activity
- Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, and expense reimbursements
- Prepare and reconcile bank, credit card, and investment account statements
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals
- Support executive administration including scheduling, travel, and correspondence
- Manage electronic and physical filing systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and account reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, financial reporting)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Experience with accounting software and financial systems
