About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage AP tasks including 3-way matching, high volume processing, and vendor accounts
- Handle AR responsibilities such as B2B collection calls, cash apps, and monitoring aging reports
- Perform job costing and process payroll
- Post and adjust journal entries
- Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts
- Manage corporate credit cards and travel expense reporting
- Assemble cash flow projections and prepare AIA forms
- Prepare financial statements and financial reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of full cycle bookkeeping experience
- Proven knowledge of general ledger
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in MS Excel
