About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate transaction records and manage journal entries using QuickBooks Online or similar software
- Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Manage vendor onboarding, payments, invoicing support, and client payment tracking
- Prepare monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Support tax and regulatory filings and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Assist with client trust account transactions and compliance processes
Requirements
- Experience with bookkeeping and financial management software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books
- Experience managing accounts payable/receivable and month-end accounting processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills for interacting with vendors, clients, and banks
- Analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with legal trust accounting or IOLTA compliance
- Experience with three-way reconciliations
