Booking Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and verify the transmission and reception of television signals via various media including satellite, fiber, 4G, and streaming.
• Coordinate signal transmissions through constant communication with central control rooms at TBS and Movistar+.
• Handle and develop requests and projects for both national and international clients.
• Manage technical and human resources, including ENG recording teams, for various events and services.
• Prepare and manage project budgets.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Audiovisual Communication, Production, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar or related audiovisual role.
• Fluent English skills for communicating with international clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of SAP is highly valued.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous projects within a team environment.
