At Nuitée, we are building the API backbone for the global travel industry. Founded in 2017, Nuitée is on a mission to transform a fragmented travel ecosystem with simple, scalable, and API-first infrastructure—think “Stripe for Travel.”

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary representative for clients and negotiate bookings for events or appearances
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with event organizers and venue operators
• Manage and coordinate client schedules to avoid conflicts and optimize bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, promoters, and industry contacts
• Work with marketing and PR teams to promote clients and upcoming appearances
• Handle financial aspects of bookings, including fee negotiation and payment collection
• Research industry trends and identify potential booking opportunities
• Troubleshoot logistical problems or last-minute cancellations
• Maintain detailed records of bookings, contracts, and schedules

Requirements

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of the entertainment or travel industry
• Ability to manage multiple clients and bookings simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Networking and relationship-building abilities
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Familiarity with contract law and financial management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, entertainment management, or a related field
• Previous experience as an agent, manager, or in a related role within the entertainment or travel industry
• Familiarity with booking platforms and industry trends
