Booker/Planner

Responsibilities

• Book qualified guests for live and taped programs produced at the Irondale studios
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, publishers, ministries, and other organizations
• Build and maintain a robust contact database of potential guests and partners
• Collaborate with producers and hosts to manage show calendars and align guest selections with program themes
• Coordinate with internal departments including travel, guest services, and production teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Address pre-production questions and manage time-sensitive scheduling needs

Requirements

• Practicing Catholic with an understanding of the faith and EWTN’s mission
• 3+ years of professional experience in media, production, communications, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience networking within the Catholic community
• Strong grasp of the types of guests and stories that resonate within the Catholic media landscape
