Bookbinder

Responsibilities

• Operation of modern bookbinding equipment and completion of orders, specifically V2 bookbinding
• Setting up and adjusting machines to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely production
• Quality control of outputs and resolving minor production deviations
• Regular maintenance and monitoring the cleanliness of assigned machines
• Collaborating with production colleagues to ensure smooth team operations
• Improving work processes to achieve higher quality and efficiency
• Maintaining order, cleanliness, and material organization in the assigned area
• Adhering to internal procedures, material handling rules, and safety protocols

Requirements

• Manual dexterity for operating and handling equipment and materials
• Ability to work with focus and precision, especially regarding detail control
• Basic computer and internet skills for system use and communication
• Basic English for machine controls and Slovak for team communication
• Responsibility and adherence to work procedures
• Willingness to learn and cooperate with colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in production, polygraphy, or machine operation
• Experience with the operation, basic maintenance, or service of printing or production machinery
