Book Manager

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated manuscripts using internal tools to ensure quality and consistency
• Conduct onboarding calls with users to guide platform use and shape book direction
• Identify quality gaps, inconsistencies, and structural issues in manuscripts
• Feed editorial patterns and product issues back to the product team
• Help generate and review the first 1,000 books on the platform
• Surface UX issues, edge cases, and quality problems during daily platform use

Requirements

• College graduate in Literature, Philosophy, Creative Writing, English, or a related humanities field
• Strong reading and writing taste with ability to distinguish quality work
• Comfortable and warm on calls with users, skilled at drawing out stories
• Detail-oriented and able to apply a review rubric consistently across many manuscripts
• Open to treating AI-generated drafts as raw material to be shaped
