Bonner Center Campus & Community Partnerships Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the budget request cycle and work-study allocations for community partners
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of student employees
• Facilitate workshops for student workers on topics related to ethical community engagement
• Lead outreach efforts to discern and respond to community-expressed needs through relationship-building
• Manage the intake process for new and existing campus and community partners
• Promote "Bonner for All" mission by creating programs and service opportunities across campus and the local community
• Connect students with local engagement opportunities and facilitate on- and off-campus service activities
• Build and maintain meaningful collaborations with community partners, faculty, and staff

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven project management experience
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Proficiency with Google Suite and ability to learn various software platforms
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check to drive College vehicles
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of work experience in higher education, community development, or human services
• Familiarity with the Bonner Scholars Program or Bonner Foundation
• Background in Civic Engagement, Community-Engaged Learning, or a related field
• Experience supporting student developmental growth and facilitating group programs
