BOM Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the BOM Engineering team to ensure high-quality master data implementation.
• Ensure accurate setup of M-BoM, P-BoM, routings, work centers, and tooling within SAP systems.
• Consolidate project P-BoM documents to ensure readiness for ERP system uploads.
• Manage the impact of engineering and process changes within the systems.
• Coordinate between Project and Product teams to define and secure the exact scope of parts.
• Perform audits and tests to ensure data reliability, usability, and sustainability in the ERP.
• Deploy tools and processes following APSYS recommendations.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Technical Field (Industrial, Mechanical, or equivalent).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP, for Bill of Materials and routings.
• Strong knowledge of Process Engineering, including manufacturing work instructions and line balancing.
• Working knowledge of CAD software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the railway industry.
• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process FMEA, and QRQC.
• Familiarity with Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics.
