Responsibilities

For Boilermakers:

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks
• Interpret technical drawings and project scopes
• Maintain high safety standards on site

For Riggers / Crane Operators:

• Execute rigging and crane operations
• Work across construction, mining, or infrastructure sites
• Interpret drawings and coordinate with team members

Requirements

Boilermakers:

• Trade Certificate or Certificate of Proficiency
• Ability to pass welding qualifications
• WHS Construction card
• Working at Heights certification
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A testing

Riggers / Crane Operators:

• Relevant high risk and rigging qualifications
• WHS Construction card
• Working at Heights certification
• Ability to travel to project sites across NSW

Preferred Qualifications

• Rail Industry Worker Training
• Multi-skilled tickets and additional high risk certifications
• Mining-specific inductions
• Order 43 Medical clearance
• Experience on major infrastructure projects
