Boilermaker

Responsibilities

• Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Perform layout, cutting, bending, calendering, and assembly of metal sheets
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures, tanks, boilers, ducts, and piping
• Execute adjustments, alignments, and finishing of parts
• Operate machines and tools such as calendering machines, bending machines, guillotines, torches, and grinders
• Support welding activities when necessary
• Perform maintenance and repairs on metal structures
• Follow technical standards, internal procedures, and safety regulations (NRs)
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Vocational course in Boilermaking or related areas
• Previous experience as a Boilermaker
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Knowledge of measurements, metrology, and measuring instruments
• Basic knowledge of welding and thermal cutting
• Knowledge of occupational safety standards
• Easy access to the Sorocaba region
