Boiler Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise human resources assigned to repair and maintenance tasks.
• Control and approve corrective and preventive maintenance to ensure continuous steam supply for sugar and alcohol production processes.
• Determine and manage third-party work required for the correct operation of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality management systems, and environmental requirements.
• Guarantee the health and safety of all collaborators.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar supervisory positions.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Must reside in Tucumán.
