Bogie Product Director

Responsibilities

• Represent the RSC Platform on-site to ensure innovation, development, tendering, launch, and sustainability for assigned technologies.
• Oversee product portfolio management and ensure alignment with the RS platform.
• Lead product roadmap activities, including development, procurement, and industrial strategy.
• Deliver Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets for various programs.
• Manage product validation and homologation processes to ensure compliance with market regulations.
• Drive product competitiveness through continuous improvement and Return of Experience (REX) initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical or equivalent field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• Proven knowledge of product business and industrial environments.
• Experience in transversal and/or international leadership roles.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Strong knowledge of the railway industry.
• Strategic vision with the ability to benchmark competition.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills within a matrix environment.
