Body Shop Estimator

Responsibilities

• Assess exterior and paint damage on vehicles
• Write accurate repair estimates
• Coordinate work orders between customers and technicians
• Act as a liaison between insurance partners, customers, and the repair facility
• Provide high-quality customer service throughout the repair process

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance
• Self-motivated and career-driven attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous body shop experience
• Knowledge of shop operations
