Body Maker Technician I

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end equipment including Body Makers, Minsters, Washers, Compactors, and SOS via specific control panels to maximize productivity
• Participate in coil changes on the Minster following SMED activities to reduce downtime
• Perform routine checks based on TPM checklists, identifying anomalies and executing mechanical interventions
• Execute minor maintenance tasks such as replacing hoses and filters, eliminating leaks, and cleaning Lee Jets
• Conduct quality inspections of the can formation process to ensure compliance with specifications
• Monitor process spoilage through operational observation and report analysis, adjusting parameters to reduce losses
• Maintain area organization and cleanliness following 5S, GMP, and Lean practices while adhering to safety and environmental standards

Requirements

• Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics
• Experience in production and/or equipment maintenance
• Availability for on-site work in Pouso Alegre/MG
• Ability to work a 3x2x2 shift schedule (rotating shifts between 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00)
