Body Contouring Consumables Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Practice Development Managers in the assigned California region to drive consumable sales and utilization of CoolSculpting products
• Achieve regional sales quotas and objectives through effective territory penetration and account identification
• Recruit, train, manage, and retain high-performing sales professionals within the aesthetic marketplace
• Develop and execute regional business plans and sales objectives
• Maintain and develop key account and luminary relationships
• Provide coaching and leadership to the regional team to ensure practice integration and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and evaluate regional marketing, customer service, and sales support activities
• Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 3+ years of successful sales management experience
• 4-6 years of experience selling medical products or services to healthcare providers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 70% to cover the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetic consumables, cosmeceuticals, or fillers
• Direct experience working with plastic surgeons and dermatology audiences
• Knowledge of FDA GMPs and working within regulated environments
