Board Test Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain FPT and ICT test programs for PCBA manufacturing test
• Review hardware designs for Design for Test (DFT) readiness
• Debug and troubleshoot hardware and test issues during design validation, NPI and mass production
• Support the deployment, qualification and acceptance of Test Package Sets at CEM sites
• Collaborate with external manufacturing partners to support circuit card assembly test processes
• Analyse manufacturing yield data and drive continuous improvement activities
• Support failure analysis activities and provide technical feedback to stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience with manufacturing test platforms such as Teradyne, Keysight or TRI
• Experience developing or supporting manufacturing test solutions for advanced electronic systems
• Strong understanding of SMT and PCB manufacturing processes
• Experience using ISP and OBP circuit card assembly configuration solutions
• Proficiency with electronic test instrumentation including oscilloscopes, DMMs, and SMUs
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SPEA platforms
• Strong understanding of electronic engineering fundamentals
• Experience using Aster TestWay for electrical testability analysis
• Proficiency in Python, C, or Java
• Experience with Statistical Process Control methodologies
• Familiarity with NPI manufacturing environments
