Board Recruitment Director

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment processes including contacting candidates, reviewing qualifications, and conducting interviews
• Screen resumes of potential candidates
• Work with Board members to create job descriptions and identify qualified candidates
• Report recruitment activities to the Board
• Utilize recruitment methods such as cold-calling and online job boards
• Evaluate and adjust recruitment strategies for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-4 years of experience in professional recruiting
• 2-4 years of experience working in non-profit organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with cold-calling
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Passion for women’s education and economic opportunities
