About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment processes including contacting candidates, reviewing qualifications, and conducting interviews
- Screen resumes of potential candidates
- Work with Board members to create job descriptions and identify qualified candidates
- Report recruitment activities to the Board
- Utilize recruitment methods such as cold-calling and online job boards
- Evaluate and adjust recruitment strategies for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years of experience in professional recruiting
- 2-4 years of experience working in non-profit organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold-calling
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for women’s education and economic opportunities
