About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement programs for the Aparecio Foundation
- Ensure all programming promotes the foundation's mission
- Coordinate between fundraising, marketing, and community partnerships
- Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Consult with Board members to set goals and resolve issues
- Set program priorities and develop work schedules to track progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of program management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
