Board Fundraising Director

Responsibilities

• Implement fundraising strategies to identify donors to fund the Aparecio Foundation mission
• Send thank you letters and express appreciation to donors
• Assign responsibilities and supervise fundraising staff and efforts
• Use social media and other communication forms to raise awareness
• Manage fundraising budget
• Develop creative fundraising methods and strategies
• Work with Board members to enhance fundraising efforts
• Evaluate effectiveness of fundraising efforts and report activities to the Board
• Respond to requests for information

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least two years of professional fundraising experience
• At least two years of experience working with non-profit organizations
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Excellent oral and written communication ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for women's education and economic opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Donor contact database knowledge
• Demonstrated sales experience
