Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
• Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy
• Collaborate with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners
• Conduct parent training sessions and professional development for staff
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment through crisis intervention

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas or eligible to obtain
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or strong desire to mentor future clinicians
• Compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork
