About the Company

Since 2011, Ready Set Connect Autism Centers have provided a warm, friendly, and fun learning environment for children with autism and other related disorders. We work individually with each child using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to create a personalized behavior plan designed to help improve fundamental and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery options in the RSC Clinic setting
• Oversee ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates regarding educational and behavioral supports
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments
• Provide training and supervision to ABA Therapists, RBTs, and BCaBAs
• Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems
• Deliver consultation services to school districts and outside agencies
• Participate in parent meetings and provide parent training
• Ensure all treatment plans comply with insurance and professional standards
• Maintain 30% insurance-approved billable hours

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field
• Training and certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB)
• Solid knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and Ethical Standards
• Ability to work with ACE ABA Data System
• Ability to lift 50–65 pounds and implement therapeutic holds if necessary
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-stimulation environment
