Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship for behavior analysts and student analysts
• Provide individual supervised fieldwork and group supervision to BCBA trainees
• Monitor the effectiveness of skill-building interventions utilizing ABA
• Conduct and interpret ABA assessments including FBA/FA
• Provide supervision to ABA Behavior Technicians on staff
• Develop child-specific behavior plans in accordance with ABA principles
• Develop projects to improve client service, employee performance, and quality initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of State and Federal laws and ensure regulatory compliance
• Promote company growth and assist in new business opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
• Current BCBA Certification from the BACB
• At least 2 years of BCBA experience
• One year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience supervising BCBA trainees
• Experience with programming and implementing intervention programs
• Reliable car, valid Driver’s License, and proof of insurance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Central Reach
• Ability to obtain criminal record/fingerprint clearance
