About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
- Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and maintain ethical documentation
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs to troubleshoot cases
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- State Licensure where required
- Experience in ABA
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
