About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
- Develop case supervision and clinical management
- Develop and implement ABA Treatment Plans
- Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client/family concerns
- Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
- Train families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills
- Record and track daily progress for client/family accurately
- Provide accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family
- Plan for discharge of the person served
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- Master's Degree in Psychology or related field with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
- Two or more years of experience in an applied setting performing functional assessments and behavior plans
- 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
- Proficiency in Excel, database management, and record keeping
- Located in NM, AZ, TX, NV, UT, or CO
- Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT
Preferred Qualifications
- Memberships to specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations
