Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process
• Develop case supervision and clinical management
• Develop and implement ABA Treatment Plans
• Consult with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) or Behavior Technicians (BT) regarding client/family concerns
• Select appropriate stimulus materials and treatment modalities
• Train families on specific treatment strategies and carryover skills
• Record and track daily progress for client/family accurately
• Provide accurate and immediate feedback to the client and/or family
• Plan for discharge of the person served

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Master's Degree in Psychology or related field with emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population
• Two or more years of experience in an applied setting performing functional assessments and behavior plans
• 1+ year of Telehealth supervision experience
• Proficiency in Excel, database management, and record keeping
• Located in NM, AZ, TX, NV, UT, or CO
• Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT

Preferred Qualifications

• Memberships to specific state and national (ABAI) professional associations
