Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional analytic assessments focusing on caregiver strengths and daily routines
• Develop and oversee individualized, caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans
• Coach, model, and provide real-time feedback to caregivers to support intervention implementation
• Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and build caregiver competence
• Monitor client and caregiver progress using data-driven decision-making
• Translate clinical concepts into practical guidance for everyday settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and client outcomes
• Plan for generalization, maintenance, and appropriate discharge
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric population
• Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• At least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
• Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or CO
• Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital data systems
• Experience in providing clinical supervision and mentorship
