Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for client care
• Supervise, manage, and mentor clinical team members
• Coordinate care with treating clinicians, physicians, and funders
• Provide leadership and contribute to professional development and company culture
• Shape and contribute to the clinical curriculum

Requirements

• Master's Degree or Ph.D.
• BCBA credential
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
