About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior support and treatment plans
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA)
  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and ongoing support to ABA staff and Direct Support Professionals
  • Utilize evidence-based ABA methodologies including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
  • Monitor behavioral progress through data collection, analysis, and treatment modifications
  • Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and support teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Facilitate caregiver and staff training related to behavior management and intervention strategies
  • Complete documentation including assessments, treatment updates, session notes, and progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational, licensing, and documentation standards

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DTT, NET, behavioral assessments, and behavior management techniques
