Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
• Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment with families and multidisciplinary partners
• Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy
• Conduct high-impact parent training sessions and staff professional development
• Utilize crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain)
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor clinicians
• Compassionate professional with strong teamwork and clinical integrity
