About the role
Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems and treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, staff, and speech/occupational therapy partners
- Conduct parent training sessions and staff professional development
- Utilize crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe therapeutic environment
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Oklahoma LBA license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates or strong desire to mentor
- Compassionate professional valuing clinical integrity and teamwork
