About the role
Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs)
- Facilitate a team-based approach to treatment with families and multidisciplinary partners
- Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy
- Conduct high-impact parent training sessions and staff professional development
- Utilize crisis intervention skills to maintain a safe therapeutic environment
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in Texas or eligibility to obtain
- Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a desire to mentor clinicians
- Compassionate professional with strong teamwork skills
