Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based behavior analytical services and interventions using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments and formulate evidence-based treatment plans.
• Serve as a professional role model, guiding Behavior Technicians through orientation, supervision, and competency development.
• Manage caseloads in coordination with leadership to ensure effective tiered service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams while maintaining professional boundaries and cultural sensitivity.
• Contribute to clinical education through peer review, staff training, and participation in research or professional presentations.
• Participate in quality improvement, risk management, and organizational initiatives to ensure compliant service delivery.

Requirements

• MSc in ABA, Psychology, or Special Education.
• Board certification as BCBA or IBA from BACB or IBAO.
• 3+ years of experience delivering behavior therapy across various age groups in interdisciplinary or behavioral health settings.
• Proven experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, cognitive impairments, and challenging behaviors.
