Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and modification
• Provide direct behavior intervention services in home, school, and community settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals
• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management and data collection
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes and data collection sheets
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must pass a background check
